Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy

Order Fulfillment - Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.  Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days.

Shipping Costs ‐ Heritage House Gallery offers free shipping for all purchases at $75 and over.  Media rate is available for journals, planners and calendars.

Shipping Method ‐ All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. 

Need your Heritage House Gallery products ASAP?   We also offer express shipping such as FedEx Overnight, 2-Day and Fed Ex Express Saver (3-Day) for an additional fee.
